Gift Cards no longer off the list for Valentines Day

It took a good ten years for online dating to be accepted completely in the main stream. We are now watching the full acceptance of gift cards in society. The final hurdle has been jumped, it is now acceptable to give gift cards for valentines day.

In prior years, the concern has been that gift cards were too imersonal for romantic gifts such as those required on Valentine day. This is no longer the case. No one will argue that gift cards make a hyepr-romantic gift but they are so convenient and give the recipient so much flexibility that they are now accepted for all occasions.

As a result of gift cards complete acceptance we should watch for candy makers and flower shops to embrace gift cards as well. This is just another great leap for an already massive industry!
